While I love to eat steak, I have never really been one to actually cook one. Got this prime ribeye today, cooked in a pan over the stove for the first time, and it came out quite good in my opinion. Just want to see what y’all think. Cheers!
Seasoned with only salt and pepper finished off with a butter and thyme baste while in the pan and poured the juices on top after.
