I’m going to have to get this book just for this recipe. I tried making this dish from someone else’s recipe years ago, but it turned out so sweet from the apple juice. It had a lot of potential though! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!

This is the only dish from Food Wars I personally made, it definitely didn't taste as good, but it was my first time and I don't regularly cook so 😅
