I ended up buying a small greenhouse, which has been great in keeping in some extra heat and providing safety from wifes cat. It has been nice to keep my little set up neat as well. I need a couple new grow lights, so I can have two shelves set up and I want to remove some shelves for more space. I'm looking for recommendations and links to some decent and easy to use lights. Thanks to everyone in this community who has helped me so far. it's been awesome fun. I appreciate it.
How are my plants looking and where would you go from here?

I would not up pot until the roots have nearly filled the pot. You got several weeks – months until I would even consider it. If you’re eventually planting these outside, you could just leave them in there until they are ready for their final home.
