    A great start, for sure! How’d it taste?

    When I’m on a budget, some cucumber and smoked salmon does wonders. (I buy the Norwegian Fiord smoked salmon from Costco and portion it out).

    I do love a good onigiri with tuna, Kewpie, and a bit of green onion, so I’m definitely vibing with that maki!
