Whipped these up for me and pops

2 20z steaks for me and my dad yesterday. Grass fed beef had great flavor and the fat was rendered nicely , cast iron into 400 degree oven until 115-120 internal then let them rest , made a quick side of asparagus and some portabellas to go with it.
