Hwachae*, which translates to “flower water”, is a traditional Korean chilled fruit punch. It’s typically served in the summer as a refreshing snack or dessert. The dish is made with various fruits, sweeteners, and a sweet drink, often carbonated, like Sprite or ginger ale. The fruit is usually scooped or sliced and served in a decorative, hollowed-out watermelon rind. Hwachae can be customized with different fruits, sweeteners, and carbonated drinks.

They sell these at 99 ranch mart, or at least used to. It’s just gelatin with additive to make it “milky”. I ate these a lot growing up, but no idea what the exact name is. They come in little fruit cup looking things and are sold in a biiig box super cheap.
