The only thing that I don’t like about the dutch oven is the fact that I can’t see what’s happening.
I bake in pyrex thermal casseroles. It’s something comforting about peeking in the oven and seeing the loaf rise. It’s probably nice to have the lid off surprise from a dutch oven.
