    Do you know the name of the bakery?

    I’m assuming it came out of the white bag but I can’t fully read it 😂

    Find something similar at a chain restaurant and log it as that.

    Does your husband know and support you calorie counting?

    Wowie, that a damn fine bubbly bagel crust! 🤩

    So envious! What a morning to be as lucky as you with this special breakfast surprise! 💓

    Your weigh in is so useful here and helps us better estimate by doing some backwards math. 🤓

    So most store-bought bagels are about 95g at 270 calories. This looks like it’s on the wee bit larger side so **probably closer 510-550 calories** based on this breakdown of total weight:

    * 113g plain bagel 🥯 (310 cal)
    * 78g cream cheese 🥄 (250 cal) assuming it’s full fat cream cheese or 180 cal if low-fat

    Hope that makes sense to you but feel free to adjust as you need. Looks absolutely scrumptious and hope you have a splendid rest of your day! 🙂

    so thoughtful husband! just put 270 for bagel and 4tbsp full fat cream cheese about 250 calories.

  5. 1 bagel is ~300 calories, 2 tsp butter is ~80 calories, and 2 tbsp cream chees is about 100 calories. This makes the bagel about ~580 calories.
