- 8oz soy milk for coffee in the morning
- soy curl carne asada, with a quick pico and avocado + 6 tortillas for dinner.
- 8oz soy milk for a london fog with Cinnamon Toast Crunch “dust” (it wrecks the foam but I love the smells!!) as a snack.
Only one picture of the foamy milk since it looks the same in the morning as it does at night lol
I’m vegan so protein on a deficit is hard to come by but I’ve done really well so far since the start of January. I do OMAD which is why my dinner is so huge. It’s worked great for me so far!

Do you have a soy curl recipe for that? Looks BOMB
