Update since my birthday, I made my fiancé some surf and turf this time, just because.


Fiancé grilled me some delicious steak and lobster for my birthday. This time, I cooked dinner for him!

These beefy lobster tails were 2 for like $25 at Costco so had to get them. Baked the tails and reversed seared the strip and split it between us.
