Juicy Tuna Steak with Rosemary Flavor (5-Minute Dinner)
Want a quick but delicious dinner? Then this recipe is for you!
Tender tuna with a golden crust, infused with rosemary flavor, will cook in just a couple of minutes, but will leave the impression that you are dining in an expensive restaurant.
Ingredients:
* 1 fresh tuna steak
* 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
* 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
* Salt and freshly ground black pepper – to taste
* Garlic 1-2 cloves
Preparation:
Peel the garlic, cut it lengthwise and crush it with a knife blade.
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil, garlic and a sprig of rosmarinus, let the oil warm up a little to release the aroma.
2. Prepare the tuna: add salt and pepper.
3. Fry the steak – 1-1.5 minutes on each side. It should be covered with a golden crust, but remain juicy and slightly pink inside.
4. Remove the pan and let the tuna “rest” for 30 seconds so that the juices are evenly distributed.
5. Serve with a wedge of lemon or a crispy salad – and enjoy the taste!
