    I went way over the intended time, so it was a bit dry. But in my defense, I was sleepy. So overall time was around 10h

    I don’t think the time in the bath affected the dryness, it was maybe the time under the broiler. Maybe even the temp. I like mine ultra pink so I go for 130°.

    Anyways I am here to really talk about the presentation on and off the plate. I mean it is gorgeous. I want a plate of it even tho I already read that it was a tad dry. Looks really inviting. Great job on that.
