I'm not gonna be able to consume all of these before they either dry up, or spoils. Ofc I could freeze a good bunch of them down, but I have some spare time this weekend, and thought of cooking up a sauce.
Any suggestions for a nice tasting sauce/paste that I could cook up? I'm gonna dry the "Cayenne" to the left (actually I don't believe any of these is labeled correct, but who cares, they're hot), and maybe a bunch of the small Jack's on the right.
Maybe pickle the Jalapeños?
