I suppose if a person has to have an obsession, that there are worse ones out there to be had. But this one, well, seems to be a very sweet and aesthetically pleasing obsession, a chase after artistic visions of pudding. I am happy for all these versions of delight that you shared with us! You should try Pudim (Brazilian pudding). I think it’s 10 times better than Japanese pudding, but I might be biased.
