    Tried a lower hydration recipe because I had previously struggled with sticky dough: 125g starter 315g water and 500g flour. All the normal steps, except for shaping of course. Baked for 25 minutes at 450 with lid on and 400 degrees for 20 minutes with lid off. The hat is just water and food coloring!

    This reminds me of Swiss Grittibänz! Raisins are added for face decoration and a chicolate bar to the hands as a gift. Great job!
