It looks a little rough, but it’s still every bit as lovely. I love the ballerina shoes and berry flavoring is always my favorite. I assume (perhaps wrongly) that the berry flavoring is why you struggled with some of the frosting. It looks a little runny. I’ve always had better luck with freeze dried fruits in bulk ground into a powder, but they’re so darn expensive.
