Pasta, butter, Parmigiano and pasta water.
A sprinkle of black pepper on top since I like it.
I think this is the dish some like to refer as Pasta Alfredo?

  3. I see this recipe referred to as “Roman Alfredo” in North America because the Alfredo here would typically contain cream.

    I made this exact dish the other day. It’s hard to go wrong with just three ingredients. And if you make it right then the sauce is super creamy and delicious.
