  5. Skirt steak is one of those cuts that almost tastes different depending on how it’s cut.

    Not sure about the science behind it but I think it’s because it’s a thin cut and when it’s cut with the grain it becomes tough and chewy, and you end up taking in all the flavor before you’re done chewing…..if that makes sense

    As others have said…looks amazing otherwise. Keep cooking!
