Four hour Bolognaise

Pancetta, beef & pork mince, soffrito, red wine, passata, black pepper, bay leaves, milk. Served with some overcooked tagliatelle that had been crushed in the back of my cupboard.

Absolutely annihilated in Parmesan.

Oh, and Crodino for the cook (me)!!!! 🧡

    Looks great, just one suggestion: avoid to drink anything like Crodino during meals, it’s meant to be an “aperitif”, if you know what i mean, but mostly it might cover up the flavors. Apart from that, good job.
