   My Gramma once told me that these were invented by Scottish War Brides like herself. After arriving in North America they marveled at the grocery stores and how readily available things like chocolate and condensed milk were. These squares were developed from their basic 4 ingredient shortbread in celebration of their new found abundance and how they were living like Millionaires
