1lb Spicy 90/10 taco meat. (McCormick), 4cups cooked white rice and homemade Chicken tikka masala. Dinner is put on a plate and reheated anyway.

I have those chopped salad kits to make a salad with each meal.

Breakfast is always a protein shake or carnation essentials with added collagen, benefiber and a banana.

    What’s the ingredient in tikka masala that makes it hot? Just cayenne? Would just adding more cayenne be what Indian places do when you ask for extra spicy? I wonder.
