Bought them from my friends little sisters to support her trying to make a little cash, but have no idea how much they might be in terms of Calories/Proteins/fats to incorporate to my plan since she made them herself. Relatively thinly coated. Estimates are appreciated 🙏🏻

these are pretty commonplace this time of the year, every year around valentine’s day.
based on most local grocers around me…each strawberry is ≈1.5oz or ≈40-45g.
furthermore, on an average basis, a lightly coated chocolate covered strawberries will run us ≈***75-85 calories***! 🫶🏽
I just got a box for valentines and it was corporate/mass produced like a grocery store but those ones were 140-150 per strawberry, but chocolate was pretty substantial
