Wifey is working late tonight. So I surprised her with one of her favorites when she came home. This is my famous (in our household) Thai chili peanut crunch noodles with Bulgogi grilled chicken. Topped with toasted sesame seeds, green onions and roasted garlic oil. I added some sriracha mayo drizzle on mine because I’m a menace and I like spicy.

Needless to say she’s one happy girl and the place smells amazing. I hope you all had an amazing meal today!

How did you make the chicken? And what is the sauce on top? Looks delish!

I haven’t been able to taste like usual for the past few days due to the flu,,, the things I would do to taste that. You’re torturing me OP T_T

I’ve often seen protein plated over pasta like this before, and there’s something I don’t get about it.

How do you cut the chicken? Do you pick up a piece and cut it off to the side? I’d think if I cut it on the spot, then I’d cut the pasta, and be left with smaller pieces that don’t swirl nicely with a fork.

    Looks decadent.

Looks fantastic! My dad would make something like this growing up and it was my favorite.
