  2. Good Morning Jackie! Sounds like good advice for 'normal' people to go less toxic.
    I am far from normal. A big dollop of Kerrygold butter in my coffee is my creamer, BBQ sauce of no sugar added ketchup+butter+salt, and I quit raw salads because steamed veggies digest so much better. And on those veggies? You guessed it; butter. Have a great day.
