Rotisserie chicken leftovers made into soup. I bring all the stock ingredients to a boil, then stick it in the oven 300F for five hours.
I wanted a light soup, so I added chopped celery, carrots, chicken, Italian squash, a can of northern beans including the bean broth, and a handful of egg noodles. Seasoned with Maggi’s chicken bouillon.
