

Hello, i’m really a beginner baker. But for this year’s Valentine’s, instead of making pink and red cakes, I wanted to go for something more mature. And i challenged myself, so here’s the result! I made caramel and Swiss meringue buttercream for the first time, with a cream cheese buttercream filling. It took me ages, but I’m happy with how it turned out! I’m just soo proud of this cake.🥹 also how do you get that glossy buttercream?
Although my hubby wasn’t too happy since I finished almost at 10 PM, and he was too tired to enjoy it. 😅 But the taste? Absolutely delicious!
