This is one of my favorite dinners EVER. Tater tots, cheese, raw white onion, salsa, ground beef with old el Paso taco seasoning, sour cream, guacamole, frank hot sauce, and green onion. So fast, so cheap, so onion 🤤😍

    This is basically how I make a taco salad except I replace the tots with some form of lettuce. usually shredded cabbage and carrots and iceberg.

    I’ll have to try tots one time I feel extra carby.
