I work at a Whole Foods and we weren’t this on accident. We can’t sell it so they just gave it to us. Has anyone tried this one?

No but it looks to have dried papaya on it already so it’s basically a full snack on its own

It’s pre-paired. You’re committed now😆. I really like Delice and think it pairs well with sweet flavors. So assuming you like the fruit, it should be decent. Like a cheese take on berries and cream. Only Papaya and Delice.

oh my god it is incredible. find a thin rosemary cracker (34 degrees is a good one) and go to town!
as a note, it does not have a rind, and is much sweeter. missing all the savory notes from a delice de bourgone
