I wish I had storage for the 25 or 50lb bags. Each one could last me 6 months to a year for hobby baking. I really gotta get myself more storage!

I also prefer Sir Lancelot for bread and pizza. I buy it from a local restaurant supply store, it’s usually less than $30 for a 50 lb bag. (A 50 lb bag stores easily in two 5 gallon food safe buckets).
