    I wish I had storage for the 25 or 50lb bags. Each one could last me 6 months to a year for hobby baking. I really gotta get myself more storage!

    I also prefer Sir Lancelot for bread and pizza. I buy it from a local restaurant supply store, it’s usually less than $30 for a 50 lb bag. (A 50 lb bag stores easily in two 5 gallon food safe buckets).

    Haha nice, how much did it cost ya if you mind me asking? I just got America Test Kitchens book Bread Illustrated, I’m very happy with it so far (I’m a noobie in bread making but about to gain a level)

    I just used a single 50lb bag last night 😆 they are so heavy I had to drag it across the ground like a body.

    I find that two 5 gallon buckets are just the right size to store a 50lb bag of KA flour.

    We go through about 20-30 of those a week at my bakery 😅
