I sous vide random stuff a lot at work but first time doing home use. $7 on sale rump roast at 135 for 6 hours, super happy with how it turned out!

    135* to 137* for fat rendering, good job. With sous vide beef and chicken etc, I like to start with the highest cook temp, and work my way down.
