Got rid of my webers and bought a new big joe.
I was thinking to get myself a big joe I at first, but went for big joe II instead and glad I did. For me the upgrades are worth it, as it was only €350 more.
Got the big sloroller for a bargain €75 from someone that got it as a present but had no intensions to use it. I will try the sloroller today with some meaty babybacks.

Really love the airlift hinge and the latch system.
I thought it came with plastic side shelves, but luckily it came with metal ones which will not melt when putting a dutch oven on there or any other hot items you set aside.

I also love the big charcoal basket and the divider.
Did a slow burn in and first cook steak and pork loins and I am surprised how easy it maintains the temperture.

Awesome, that’s the one I’m looking at as well.

That setup looks great and it will be a smokey mess under that roof. I recommend a small stone patio for the grill outside
