First time poster, long time lurker. I’m new to volume eating and… I’m obsessed. There’s nothing I love more than a full belly from a low cal meal.

1 lb ground turkey (or ground chicken)
2 cups shredded cabbage or half a cabbage
1 yellow onion, diced
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
2 green onions, sliced
Cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil (use your judgment)

Squeeze lemon juice on top and drizzle with soy sauce, Sriracha, or any homemade sauce. 10/10 recommend.

Each serving is under 400 calories.

    Ugh yes I’ve been making this like every day for the past week or so. Just had a fat bowl of it!!!
