Just want to share my first (failed) attempt ever at the finicky croissant. Itโ€™s so bad that Iโ€™m laughing out loud in the kitchen.

    Did you preheat your oven?
    What was the temperature of the oven? (Degrees celcius)

    the butter has to be locked inside the layers in the dough…if it melts in the oven then it wants to find the least resistence to flow like any other liquide cuz of gravitation.

    if it’s proper closed, it’s like hotpockets…if they not sealed they pop off and all the inside comes out.

    for your first attempt…thats really good:)
