Delicious haddock balls tagine

Haddock balls:
Ground 2 pounds Haddock + 1/2 onion+ parsley & cilintro+3 cloves of garlic+salt & pepper+cumin+harissa or chilly powder+paprika+ginger ground+1/2lemon juice+4tbp olive oil.
Shape balls
In a tagine put potatoes, peppers red yellow & green, add sliced tomatoes, kalamata olives +1/2 Moroccan preserved lemon or 2 slices of lemon. In a bol, mix 1 1/2 cup boiling water, 3tbp chopped cilintro & parsley+cumin+paprika+salt & pepper+harissa+ 4 cloves of garlic+1/2lemon juice+olive oil. Pour on the vegetables. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add fish balls & tomatoes sauce.
