I pred 4 lunches and 5 evening vegetable snacks. Wednesday is the day that I lunch with clients. Before I have done recipes included in vegetable boxes with instructions and spices. This week I got inspired by this subreddit and cooked without instructions.

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

Silly question, but how do you keep the food fresh? Do you freeze it? If refrigerated, how is it possible to keep fresh and not stale/dry/off after a week? I find it hard to enjoy even after 2 days in the fridge … 😬
