Hello, I work from a climate controlled greenhouse in north Texas and I was hoping to find someone to help me with my mature greenhouse grown and raised tomato plants. I am having moderate success helping them reach their mature stage but not so much with flowering and fruit. My plants seem to reach a point where they seem stunted. Here are a few questions I had, and I would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

How beneficial are LED grow lights on mature plants?

I have noticed an infestation of scale on my plants, what is a good way to prevent/ treat?

How often should I fertilize my tomatoes, and should I be using coco peat instead of regular potting soil?

I mostly need help with encouraging my mature plants to flower and fruit more frequently. What can I do to help them?
