Best Lebanese Tabbouleh recipe
Hello my lovely followers and to those who are new to my channel welcome or as we say in my country “Ahlan”. Speaking of my country, this recipe really hits home. I have been making this recipe for my family for 40 years and it doesn’t get more authentic than this. As they say “Eat well, Live well”. On that note, let’s go make a healthy, rich, tarty, crunchy and power green salad with pure Lebanese roots known as Tabooli.

Ingredients:
Serving Size: 4
3 Bunch Of Italian Parsley finely Chopped (washed & completely strained)
1 Curly Parsley Finely Chopped (washed & completely strained)
4 Medium Tomatoes Finely Chopped
1 Bunch of Green Onions finely Chopped
1/2 Bunch of Fresh Mint
2 Tbsp Dried Mint
4 Lemon squeezed
1 1/4 Tsp of Salt
3/4 Cup of olive oil
1/4 cups of Brown Bulgur
1 Tsp Seven Spices
1/4 Tsp citrus Acid (optional)
Note: Make sure the Parsley & Curly Parsley is not moist.
