The cut of meat is Premium Choice Chateaubriand Cut Filet Mignon. Dusted with kosher salt and ground pepper. Seared in a cast iron skillet with olive oil and garlic cloves, then butter basted.
Accompanied by a veggie pasta, lemon pepper broccoli, mashed sweet potatoes, creamed mushrooms, sourdough bread, and hollandaise for dipping.
*not featured a spinach, cranberry salad

This all looks amazing. Especially the…everything…I can’t choose what looks the best.

Wow. Meat, perfect. Broccoli yum. Mushrooms (always great with beef).
Plated nicely. A great home cooked meal. You should be proud. Thank you so much.

Love this for you! I’ve been taking a break from cooking after catering to a tyrant for a long time and I want to start cooking healthful food for myself and my daughter again. I’m almost ready!

Looks delicious. Squash is a nice side dish for the steak.

You made a lot of stuff. I get overwhelmed at more than two side items.
