Ingredients: One thick slice of sourdough with Fix & Fogg Peanut butter, banana, raspberries, organic maple & macaroon nibs, dusted with cinnamon.
I’m estimating about 700? Based on what I left behind? Does that sound too much? Any help is very much appreciated 🙂

That looks tasty but also a lot of sugar. I think it might be slightly lower at 600 since it’s one slice of toast. 650 to split the difference

Banana 150
Peanut butter 190
Raspberries 50
Maple syrup ~110
Macaroon nibs 40?
Total 600-650 looks delish! Hope u enjoyed 🙂
