    Very delicious but lots to learn after my first attempt. I rushed my coals so they didn’t get hot enough and the thighs I used were too small so I had to take them off the heat before they got the char they should’ve gotten. 

    Next time I’ll definitely go with quarters or at least bone ins or at the very least, much bigger boneless/skinless thighs than what I used, so that I have more time to give them char/multiple flips with brushes.
