I was fortunate enough to be exposed to Lebanese and other foods from many cultures growing up. Today I make on of my favorite reditions of Kibbeh. It’s a ground beef dish that spiced just right and makes easy pitas for supper.

  3. That was so fun and it looks delicious. I am Lebanese and make kibbee like Mom and Sitto made it. You are not too far off but I would be surprised to taste cilantro in it. We use dried mint so I bet that's what you remember. I might just try it your way and I thank you!
