Finely chop broccoli, add salted cashews (raisins optional, I just use a few for taste). Then in another bowl mix 1 x cup yogurt, 1 x tablespoon spicy mayo, 2 x tablespoon sour cream, 1 x tablespoon curry powder, and a squeeze of lemon (optional pinch if smoked paprika). Salt and pepper to taste. Make sure it’s all combined well before mixing in with broccoli and cashews.

    Just be weary of cashews. They have 8 net grams of carbs per 1oz (28g). Almost half of many people’s allotment of carbs in one serving. The picture looks like almost 2 servings.
