    Chunky!!! Did you prepare the eel yourself or did you buy it already prepped somewhere?

    Eel is my fav on sushi, but when I saw the raw fish at an Asian grocery store, I realized I could never cook it myself bc I can’t get past its gnarly appearance 🙁
