They have a very strong scent, and strong serano flavor. But the reaper flavor and spice wasn't as strong.
Any ideas on how I can improve it? I'll try again after 3 days.
I only left it for overnight. That might be one of the reasons.

How are you pickling it?
I would experiment with not cooking the reaper and put the fresh pepper in the jar
Change your pickling liquid to 1:1 vinegar to water. Pack more in the jar. Add your dry spices to the jar (don’t cook them). I personally don’t boil anything. Use cracked pepper and add in cracked cumin seeds.
