I started meal prepping mostly to save myself the mental load of worrying about cooking and calories every night but also to avoid my weird flatmates hahah win-win! I've found some awesome recipes over the last few months but this might be my favourite!
Adding garlic powder and a little bit of parmesan to the mash was such a game changer, this is gonna be a good week! 😎
