I think this counts? Literally just microwaved a sweet potato, heated up some black beans (~1/2 can) with:
-cottage cheese
-cilantro
-spices (cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper)
-a bit of shredded cheese (not necessary but cheese is yum)
Sorry I don’t have the exact macros on this but probably pretty easy to estimate. And it was also super easy to make!
