RECIPES/INGREDIENTS:
Almond
100 g unsalted butter
1 Teaspoon (tsp) almond flavour
100 g skimmed milk
100 g desiccated coconut and
100 g icing sugar
1 to 3 Tablespoon (TBSP) water (optional) depending on the thickness of the dough.
METHOD:
* Whisk the unsalted butter in a bowl until very soft.
* Add 1 Teaspoon (tsp) almond flavour, 100 g skimmed milk, 100 g desiccated coconut and
100 g icing sugar. You can also add 1 to 3 TBSP water (optional) depending on the thickness of the dough.
* Mix the ingredients and keep kneading until a ball of dough is formed.
* Make small balls, make a well at the middle and add one almond.
* Roll the Raffaello balls and garnish with desiccated coconut.
* Put the Raffaello balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
* Serve and enjoy!
