They look great! My daughter made meringue hearts for Valentineβs Day to give to friends, they are really quite easy to make and piping is so fun for kids!

I like the blue swirl. Is it a different flavor or just different color?

Whose idea was it for the tie dye? You took a fun activity and made 10x better! What a great experience for them!!!

Aw! Thatβs so cute. We used to do this a bunch when my kids were little. They had a friend who had a Gluten allergy and these were perfect for when they came over.
They wanted to spend as much time as they could with you!!!!

Those are so cool!! You did a great job for a first timer. My mom taught me to make meringue cookies (we called them air cookies) when I was a teenager and they all came out flat the first time.

Meringues are great for teaching science! I used them for students I was tutoring as we talked about different ways baked goods rise.

Now, this looks WAY more fun (& delicious) than making slime or orbeez with the kiddos. Lol. Awesome job making happy memories with your young ones. And thank you for sharing!

Ok Iβve never tried this but now I want to!

I hate good this looks, how dare you have more skill than I do⦠that a complement by the way. Maringue can be difficult getting the temp just right, what method do you use, double boiler or adding hot sugar syrup slowly?

FUN!
This gave me a nostalgia bomb of a cookbook I got when I was a mere wean: https://www.biblioguides.com/pub/book/the-first-book-of-boys-cooking-1957
I still have it around here someplace.
As someone who did fiddle a little with it with Mom in the kitchen in the 70s, I can assure you this will be a core memory π
I thought it was blobs of toothpaste at first until I read the sub name. They look great. 10/10, would eat your meringue
Meringues r so fun these are so cutie
If you have a hand mixer meringues are nightmare but if you have some other type like a stand mixer it’s a lot easier
very adorable! keep baking
Please tell me you at least have a stand mixer
Honestly I thought it was the Percy Jackson cookbook for a second (he loves blue food).
Fantastic job. Nothing like kids to shove you out your comfort zone!
i love that book! i had it when i was a kid
You nailed it!
THANK YOU for reminding me that my kid wants me to make lime meringue cookies! now to sell a kidney so i can afford some eggs π€£ππ
