I don’t see enough love in here for pickled red onions! These are a staple in our fridge.

I’ve never had the nerve to make them! Can one of my fellow onion lovers give me the easiest recipe for me to try? I love them and cook a lot, but my family has meat and potatoes taste whereas I’ll make Greek or almost any Asian dish, especially Thai noodles which are fun…btw in case I didn’t mention it neither i or my kids do heat like peppers and can’t handle tomatoes…GERD 🙄😳🤯🤣 thank you in advance for any help 🥰
