I used way too much sweetener because i used flavored protein so I reduced it in the recipe ymmv, but the whole thing was around 350 cals and 62 grams of protein
Recipe: 32g bday cake protein powder, 32 g flour, 2.5g unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 20 grams??? (I used 40) sweetener. Combine dry ingredients. Then add Teaspoon vanilla, heavy pour red food coloring, pour in diet soda of choice (I used double fudge) until it’s a thick batter, add two egg whites. Add 5 grams greek yogurt. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until fork comes out clean.
Frost with greek yogurt and pudding powder to taste (I scraped most of my frosting off)
